Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Patto service at trypatto.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Patto, Inc. ("Patto", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Patto provides an AI-powered pattern extraction engine that allows users to extract repeating patterns from product images and generate clean digital pattern assets. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a credit-based usage model.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at tibelf@gmail.com.

4. Subscription and Credits

• The Service is available under Free, Starter, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Plan details including credit allotments and pricing are published on our Pricing page.
• Credits are allocated monthly and reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not carry over.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Refund requests after this period are at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI models
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Circumvent usage limits or credit systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Patto a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The extracted pattern assets generated by the Service are owned by you. Patto retains ownership of all underlying technology, AI models, software, and platform infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Patto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase (authentication and database) and PayPal (payment processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Patto is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
